Profile
Leonardo Florez has been a PhD student in the OU Spanish program since Fall 2015. He was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Languages teaching from Universidad de La Salle. Later, between 2013 and 2015, he received his Masters in Spanish and Latin American literature from the University of Arkansas. Currently, his research interests focus on 20th Century and contemporary South American Literature.

Education
2015: M.A. in Spanish and Latin American Literature from the University of Arkanasas.
2011: B.A. in Languages Teaching from Universidad de La Salle, Colombia.
