Departmental IT support for Linux/Unix machines

Please follow the following steps:

  1. Go to
  2. Select "Norman Service Portal".
  3. Search for “college” or “device” in the search bar.
  4. Select “College and Device Support” from the search result (usually the first one).
  5. Click on "Request Service".
  6. Submit a ticket with as much information as possible.
  7. Send an email to Dr. Soumya Bhattacharya at with the ticket number.
