Dr. Franklin Fondjo Fotou is an Adjunct Fellow in the University of Oklahoma Center for Intelligence and National Security. Dr. Fondjo Fotou is an Associate Professor, the Chair in the Department of Technology and Director of LU Computing Center for Research & Education at Langston University. Much of Dr. Fondjo Fotou's research interets include Numerical Computing and Computational Electromagnetic, Ad-hoc Wireless & Sensor Networks, Satelite Communications Systems and Wireless Communication and Software define radio. He holds a Doctor of Engineering in Computer Science and Communication Engineering. His publications include articles in ISRN Epidemiology and International Jouran of Mathematics.
