Welcome to the David L. Boren College of International Studies at the University of Oklahoma!
We are pleased you have chosen to study at OU and particularly with the David L. Boren College of International Studies.  Our office is here to assist you as you work toward achieving your academic goals.  We also wish to emphasize the interdisciplinary nature of international issues today, encourage professional development, create an atmosphere for mentoring, and help you best maximize your study abroad experience. The advising staff hopes to provide an avenue for you to get involved with the College, the University, the community and the world.  It is also our goal to better prepare you for the ever-changing international workplace.
Please know that our doors are open if you have questions about academics or student involvement. In our advising office, we will meet with you each semester on an individual basis.  Please note that we strive to provide constantly updated information on our website and via email regarding advising, guest lecturers, career workshops and much more!  
We appreciate the opportunity to welcome you to the academic community and wish you the best at the University of Oklahoma. We look forward to being with you as you walk across the stage at graduation. In the meantime, we hope to see you often!
