Housing Contracts
Exchange students are strongly encouraged to live on campus to get the full benefit of the university experience. It is also the most convenient, safe, and secure environment for all students.
Housing contracts are available upon acceptance to the Exchange Student Program. Students request their preferred housing arrangements during the program application, and the Exchange Student Coordinator works with the Housing Office to reserve rooms. Do not contact the Housing Office until you have been notified of acceptance.
All incoming exchange students will be charged per semester (rather than per month) for on-campus housing. Exact costs each term will be sent in the welcome letter and the housing application contract. If the student fills out the contract by the assigned deadline, a room on campus is guaranteed.
Housing Options
Move-in Day is the Monday before classes start (Fall) or the Tuesday before classes start (Spring).
- You have your own bedroom with four people in an apartment (same gender), and you share a bathroom with one other person. The apartment includes free wifi, TV, and a washer and a dryer. You will have a kitchen to cook your own meals.
- The majority of exchange students live in Traditions Square Apartments.
