Dr. Fangjiao Ma earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Washington State University in 2023, where his dissertation focused on understanding and managing wildfire risks to residential communities and supply chain networks. Dr. Ma's research interests include wildfire risk assessment, emergency evacuation modeling, and risk management. He is proficient in multiple programming languages and software tools.
