rate all team
members (including yourself) according to the criteria listed below.
Criteria
A. Sharing of Work
Team member contributed fair share toward the group effort and was
cooperative.
B. Attendance
Team member was in attendance for all group activities (in and out
of classroom)
C. Preparation
Team member was prepared for all group activities (in and out of
classroom)
D. Team Value
Team member enhanced the efforts of other group members through
leadership
and scholarship
