- Two built in user accounts, Administrator and Guest, are created

- User Manager for domains is used to create and manage user

as well as to modify existing accounts
- Each domain has one security database located on the Primary

- to use User Manager for Domains you must be an administrator,
member of the account operators group, a user (can create local
groups and manage local groups created by the user)
