NOTICE REGARDING BOOK AVAILABILTY: I have received instruction from the Dean's Office that our book orders should go through University book stores. I'm told this is school policy. Sorry for any misunderstanding. Until these get in, I will provide in class lectures all the material required from the Clarke book. You are welcome to scan my copy of the Newton book during office hours. You will not be tested over material that is unavailable, so questions on the test will not include the Clarke book until you have had an opportunity to get it. However, exam topics WILL include material presented in lectures. So any material I present in class which originates from the Clarke book is valid test material.
