be added using your Netscape Editor!
From the Netscape Editor
Toolbar...,
"Click-on" Properties, then choose Character,
then choose: (either)
Bold, Italic, Underline, Fixed Width,
SuperScript, Subscript, Strikethrough, or Blink.
Remember..., highlight the text you are trying to "create" before you select the Character Style Format.
