The Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination for Engineer Intern Licensure is administered each year by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
College students with 90 hours towards their engineering or related science degree can take the test prior to graduation.

FE Exam Reimbursement
The School of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering strongly encourages its students to take the FE Exam prior to graduation. As a demonstration of this support, AME will reimburse $100 of the examination fee to its students who take and pass the exam during their academic careers.
