Intended Audience

This training is designed to teach fundamental concepts in data analytics, and is intended for individuals getting started in analytics. Prior experience with a high-level programming language is not required, but is a plus. 

Learn Essential Tools

  1. SQL data analytics: Introduction to SQL to extract information from data
  2. Fundamental concepts in visualization and storytelling
  3. Fundamental statistics for analytics and exploratory data analysis

Format: Virtual event hosted through Zoom

Fee: Free (availability limited)

Upon completion of this workshop, you will earn an OU Certificate of Completion and 1.2 CEUs.

About the instructor

Brandon Crow is the director of OU's Data Science and Analytics Institute Echo Investment Capital Campus in Oklahoma City. He has worked in data reporting and analytics roles at the University of Oklahoma and in industry for almost a decade. Brandon holds M.S. in Data Science & Analytics and M.Ed. degrees through the University of Oklahoma.
