Staff Volunteers

Volunteers will serve as Line Leaders, Accessibility Hosts, Golf Cart Hosts, Hospitality Hosts, Information Booth Hosts, Leaders Overseeing Student Ambassadors, and many other areas. These are all such important positions that ensure our graduates and their guests have the best experience possible at this year’s Commencement Ceremony.

On Friday, May 12, volunteers should report to The Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium at 3:30 p.m. and serve through the ceremony until approximately 10 p.m. It takes 75-100 staff volunteers to make Commencement happen, so we need your help! We will provide a meal and orientation before you go to your assigned area.

As a bonus, we have partnered with LiveWell to offer 200 points for your Q2 LiveWell points. LiveWell will provide a password after Commencement to redeem your points.

To volunteer, please register at link.ou.edu/commencement-staff-volunteers.
