Thank you completing the report and for sharing the strides your college, division, or office has made to shape OU into a place of belonging and emotional support for all.  

Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion


  • Each OU college, division, or administrative office in all three campuses should submit the DEI progress report.

  • Each college, division, or administrative office should form a team with representatives from the various departments and units listed in their organizational chart to ensure that a comprehensive account of DEI initiatives is reported.

  • The purpose of the annual progress report is to create an avenue for open communication and to ensure that an accurate account of DEI efforts is adequately captured across the OU community. 

  • This report will inform the OU Board of Regents, the Office of the President, the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, other executive officers, and OU key stakeholders about DEI-related initiatives that each college, division or administrative office implemented between July 1, 2020, and June 30, 2021.
  • The report accounts for initiatives that occurred between July 1, 2020, and June 30, 2021.
  • The annual progress report is due by June 1, 2021.

  • The report can be submitted anytime between now and June 1, 2021.

You can access the Qualtrics instrument multiple times before completing the report by doing the following:

  • You must access the Qualtrics instrument from the same computer until you complete and submit the report.
  • You should not clear the history in the computer you use to input the report until you complete the report.
  • To save your input before leaving Qualtrics, you must advance to the next page of the report. Then you can close the browser tab. Qualtrics will automatically save partial responses up to the previous page.
  • A report is completed only after you answer the last question, and you see the following message on the screen: "Thank you for completing this report. Your answers have been recorded. Please direct any questions or comments at"
