Leadership Wellness Coach, Tulsa & OKC

Dina Fox

I am a strength-based leadership coach and a certified Real Colors Facilitator that uses a holistic approach to coaching. I support individuals in all stages of their career growth and personal development.  I believe everyone is on a different path and it’s my job to create a coaching experience that blends both the social and emotional journey along with science-based fundamentals for successful outcomes. Businesses, organizations, teams and families thrive more and have higher well-being when they operate out of their natural strengths. Developing a "strengths perspective" opens up growth and development among individuals and businesses creating greater productivity and efficiency.

My Top 5 CliftonStrengths are Relator, Strategic, Maximizer, Positivity and Learner. My strengths drive my ambition to assist others in finding their top strengths. My passion for coaching is motivative by my desire to help others thrive and be proud of their innate strengths. I provide one-on-one coaching and team workshops which are designed to energize, engage and inspire employees to identify their strengths and put them to work to do what they do best every day.

I am a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's in Nutritional Science and a master’s in Human Development and Family Sciences. For the past twenty years, I have built my career with non-profit organizations such as Head Start and the YMCA.  Most recently, I managed staff development and learning at CAP Tulsa and formerly held the position of Executive Director for the YMCA of Greater Tulsa. I am a member of the Association for Talent Development, National Wellness Institute and the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association.

Fun Fact: I’ve always wanted to be a Professional Vegan Chef.  I can be found inventing new recipes and sharing my creations on social media and with friends and family.

Encouraging Note: I have worked with early childhood teachers for fifteen years and I have witnessed all the wonderful and impactful work that you do every day for the children in your classroom and their families.  One area I’ve seen that is often overlooked is in the area of self-care.  You give so much and ask for little in return, I’m here to support and inspire you to focus on yourself.  “Self-care means giving yourself permission to pause.” -Cecilia Tran
