Special Event Setup
Facilities Management can provide furniture and public address support for special events. Our crews are experienced with all types of special events. Work performed at times other than regular work hours will incur a special request cost rate. Departments must provide an OU chart field spread to be charged for this work.
Our special event setup can include:
- Tables and chairs
- PA system
- Risers
- Trash containers
- Providing power
- Turning off irrigation sprinklers
