Founded in 1927, The Peggy Dow Helmerich School of Drama is the second oldest School of Drama in the nation. The school trains BFA students for professional careers in Performance, Scenic Design, Costume Design, Lighting Design, Sound Design, Dramaturgy and Stage Management. Your financial contributions to the Peggy Dow Helmerich School of Drama are deeply appreciated and go directly to help us maintain our position as one of the nation's leading educational institutions in the performing arts.

Your gift will help support the School of Drama by providing funding for:

· Student scholarships: Support to provide every student who is accepted through our rigorous and competitive audition and portfolio review process the opportunity to attend our school, regardless of financial need.

· Design and production technology endowment: Allows our school to acquire and maintain state-of-the-art technology and equipment to enhance the theatre productions in the School of Drama, University Theatre, and our production laboratories.

· Off-campus educational enrichment opportunities: allowing our talented BFA students to take part in industry endeavors that connect them to established producers, casting directors, agents, artistic directors, directors, artists, designers, and technical staff at various productions, showcases, conferences, and festivals.

· Visiting artist endowment: Allows our school to provide insight and additional educational opportunities to our students by bringing experienced and accomplished guest artists, designers, and directors to campus.

· Faculty support: funding our talented and dedicated faculty which would allow them to engage in research and creative activities.

A gift of any amount will be greatly appreciated and will go directly to the creation of educational and scholarship opportunities for our amazing students.

Thank you so much for your support of the School of Drama.
