Registration

Participants may choose either credit or noncredit enrollment. All participants must attend the Orientation Meeting (see schedule page).

Auditions are not required in most cases, whether for credit or non-credit. However, if there are more people interested than there are spots available for that instrument (brass / winds / percussion), an audition may be necessary. Anyone interested in participating should contact Hyery Hwang at hyeryhwang@ou.edu.

One hour letter graded college credit will be available: MUNM 1151 (lower division) or 3151 (upper division)
Cost: University Bursar will determine credit tuition and fees.

In order to receive credit, you must be fully admitted to OU in advance of registration.  Participants desiring college credit will pay tuition and fees as established by the University of Oklahoma instead of the noncredit participation fee. Current OU students should consult their advisors before enrolling in Civic Orchestra credit.

Underclassmen who need upper division credit may enroll in the upper division section. If you have any questions about enrollment, contact Caroline Robinson at undergradmusic@ou.edu.

If you do not wish to receive college credit, your fee will be $150 for the semester.
