Dear School of Music Students,
Are you ready to Breathe OUt your anxiety and stress? Treat yourself to a 30-minute wellness session this Sunday (and every Sunday) at 6pm.
Each session will focus on a specific theme (happiness, peace, gratitude, etc.) to maximize your self-care experience.
Your well-being is the main goal. Comfy clothes welcomed. Cameras optional. Feel free to drop in or leave at any time throughout these sessions. The vibe is chill and this will be a no-judgment zone.
