108th Annual School of Visual Arts Student Exhibition

About the Exhibition

For the first time, we're bringing you the best in student art a little earlier in the year. The 108th Annual OU's School of Visual Arts Student Exhibition opens on January 27. This year’s guest juror is an independent curator and author Jennifer Scanlan. Scanlan reviewed over 150 submissions and selected 70 works from 48 students for the show. The exhibit will be on display through Mar. 20, 2022.

Young Talent in Oklahoma

Young Talent in Oklahoma is an amazing statewide art competition for high school students at both our public and private schools. YTIO is sponsored yearly by the Oklahoma Art Education Association for students whose art educators are members of this organization.

On behalf of the SoVA, we are so pleased to be hosting the Young Talent in Oklahoma 2021 online exhibition.  This exhibition highlights the amazing breadth of artistic talent across the state, featuring works in many mediums.

Congratulations to all of the students who had work selected for this exhibition, as well as to the individual prize winners!  At the SoVA, we recognize the valuable creative role that artists play in our community, and can’t wait to watch your talents flourish in the future.  We wish you all the best!
