The Painting of Persia and India

Forty paintings from the collection of Dr. and Mrs. Leland C. Wyman of Boston University cover Persian painting from the early 14th century through the 17th century and Indian painting from the 16th though the 20th century. Examples of the Mongol, Safavid, Mughal, Rajput, Deccani and Orissan styles are included. The exhibition was sponsored by Philbrook Art Center, Tulsa, and has been circulating in southwestern museums.
