Reserve an Event Space
The Innovation Hub proudly boasts numerous private and open spaces that promote collaboration and learning.
- Active Learning Classroom (Rm. 132): The classroom can normally accommodate 40 - 80 people, depending on setup. Creston HDMI, VGA and Thunderbolt connections are also available for connecting to and using the monitor system. All reservations must occur during operating hours on Monday - Friday and require a minimum of ten (10) attendees prior to booking confirmation. However, these policies may be altered at our staff's discretion and/or if the reservation is intended for academic use.
- Cafe Event Space: The cafe space can normally accommodate 30 - 40 people. HDMI connections are also available for connecting to and using the mobile monitor system.
- Startup Hub (Ste. 121): The coworking space can normally accommodate 40 - 60 people, depending on setup. HDMI connections are also available for connecting to and using the mobile monitor system. All reservations require prior approval from the Startup OU Director.
- Patio: The patio event space features community and lounge spaces, and it can normally accommodate 60 - 80 people.
