Startup Incubator

Startup Incubator is a one-year program designed to grow OU Community members’ entrepreneurial ventures. Through guided mentorship and supportive programming, we challenge and build the founders that join our community.

Driven by three core tenets – CommunityGuidance and Programming – Startup Incubator creates an adaptive program for supporting technology commercialization, venture management and startup growth.

The Incubator culminates in a final pitch or demo event where tenants present their ventures, demonstrating success by investment, admittance to accelerator programs, or product or service sales.

Startup Incubator offers faculty-, staff-, and alumni-led ventures dedicated office and workspace, as well as personalized mentorship and expertise to support their promising ventures.

Incubator tenants are also provided access to key resources at the Tom Love Innovation Hub and have the opportunity to work alongside Start-Hub Fellows – a group of more than 50 students with skills sets in technology, design, business and communication.

Other Incubator benefits include informational sessions devoted to uncovering regulatory and research  processes, and other programming provided in partnership with INTENT.
