Your Best Dishes on Display
As many prepare for winter holiday meals, the latest pop-up display on the main floor in Bizzell Memorial Library focuses on food, both from Oklahoma and around the world. The display features cookbooks from across a variety of cultures and time periods.
Members of the OU community can contribute favorite recipes as part of an e-cookbook from the University of Oklahoma Libraries. The goal of this exhibit is to encourage students, faculty and staff to submit their favorite recipes, which can then be shared with the larger OU community.
Those wishing to participate can submit favorite recipes as either text or image files to libexhibitsteam@ou.edu. The deadline is Dec. 13. An email copy of the e-cookbook will be sent directly to those who submit.
