Credit Hour Summary

This report provides credit hour totals by college and department for each academic period.  Reports marked "Preliminary" are as of the third week of the semester.  Reports not marked that way are final and are as of the end of the semester after grades have been submitted.

Credit Hour Analysis by Section

This report provides a list of all class sections for an academic period along with their enrollment and credit hours (including and excluding withdrawals).  Reports marked "Preliminary" are as of the third week of the semester.  Reports not marked that way are final and are as of the end of the semester after grades have been submitted.

From Summer 2011 forward, the report is available in Excel and contains a lot of information about the section listing in addition to credit hours and enrollment.  Prior to that the reports are in PDF format only and list all course sections and enrollments but less detail about the sections than in the new format.
