Training
New to the CMS? Need a refresher on how the system works or what is new?
All new users must complete CMS training with our office prior to gaining access to the system, and existing users are always welcome to attend a refresher course.
The University currently offers four templates: Departments A, B, and C; and OU Material. Because of this, we offer three different training sessions to accommodate the specific needs for each template.

Available Sessions
If your website is new to the OU CMS, we ask that you meet with our web team before registering for training.
Training 1:
NEW User, ABC
If your site is in Departments A, B, or C, and looks like one of the ABC examples above, please register below.
Training 2:
NEW User, Material
If your site is in OU Material and looks like the above Material example, please register below.
NOTE: This does not act as a project kickoff. If you aren't in the process of migrating to Material or already live in this template, you will need to register for ABC and contact us about migration timeline.
