All Energy, Only Energy

Offered by the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma, the EMBA in Energy prepares graduates for leadership roles in this vital and constantly evolving field. The program is offered mostly online and is designed to be completed in 15 months.

Program #1 Ranking Badge

The 36-credit hour program consists of six online modules and three in-person, one-week residencies. Two of the residencies are on OU campus (first and last module), while the third one is in Europe.

Focus on the International Residency

The energy industry is a global business. Current and future leaders must understand the transition the energy industry is currently undergoing as well as strategy, economics, regulatory, financial and policy decisions from an international perspective.

The OU EMBA in Energy program gives students an opportunity to experience these perspectives first- hand. The International Module, about half-way through the program, is comprised of residencies in Amsterdam and London – both energy-centric locations with global influence. During the trip, students take courses, meet with energy leaders, visit energy companies and experience local culture.
