Minutes for OAS officers' meeting, Thursday, October 10, 2002

Jammie, David, John, Hannah, Fahad and the new Treasurer Lisa attended. Various thing were discussed:

• It was decided that more T-shirts should be ordered so that they become available at the time of first open meeting. The total number decided was 25. The prices would be:
• With short sleeves: $8
• With long sleeves: $10
• Sweat Shirts: $12
• Children size: $6
• There would be one meeting per week, either on tuesdays or on thursdays, and may be either during the days or in the evening!
• During open meeting on 17th, the members will be given survey forms, so that we can determine from their feedback what they are more interested in (and what they really hate)
• The quantity of T-shirt reorder forms and survey forms available at the time of the open meeting would be 25 each.
• The methods for publicity of first open meeting would be chalking, OAS website, emails to the members and an advertisement in "The Oklahoma Daily" on 16th and 17th of October.
• Free food will be provided at the open meeting!
• The tables will be round tables; the arrangement would accommodate 40 people.
• Fahad will keep the email address list of members, so that they may be informed of the events organized by OAS.
