Minutes for the officers meeting, Tuesday, October 22, 2002

Fahad, John, David and Lisa attended. The agenda included to:

· Plan the activities.

· Plan the next campus wide meeting on November 7, 2002 @ Union.

· Set up standard day for officers meeting.

· Family picnic: 10

· Student Gov't office: 4

· Partition for an office in the Conoco wing: 9

· On campus afternoon for kids: 7

· Campus wide publicity campaigning for adult issues: 9

· Tailgate party: 8

· Child care information fair: 6

· Adult sooner honor society: 13

· Tribute to veterans: 10

· Family film festival: 9

· Monthly social event: 13

· Adult single activities: 12

· Married couple singles activities: 6

It was reminded that the upcoming events would be:

· Next officers' meeting on November 5, 2002 @ 12PM; and they will be every alternate Tuesdays.

· On 8th of November, UPB and OAS are hosting the movies night. "Lilo and Stitch" will be shown, @ Meecham Auditorium.

· On November 15, OAS will be adminintrating "Bowling party" @ 12th and Lindsey, from 9PM to onwards.
