OU HSC Data Center

With three new, state of the art data centers located on our Norman, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa campuses, Shared Services is able to provide resiliency and redundancy to our customers using purpose-built technology and sustainable facilities. Our Four Partners place data center on the Norman campus and our Nicholson Towers data center on the Oklahoma City Health Sciences Center campus are two of the largest and most sophisticated data centers in the state of Oklahoma. Our facilities include:

  • Tier 2 and 3 rated workload capabilities
  • Redundant commercial power
  • N+1 backup generator power
  • N+1 backup cooling capacity
  • LEED certified facilities for environmental health and sustainability
  • Asset preservation (Four Partners Place is rated to survive a direct hit by a T4 tornado)
  • High bandwidth WAN connections provide powerful disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities
  • Limited, controlled access
