Letter from the Director: Sarah Eltell

The JCPenney Leadership Program invites you to attend our first ever Virtual Womxn in Business Leadership Conference, "Metamorphosis: Transforming Business & Life". Our 2020 conference will highlight the impactful work of business leaders across the country along with the continous challenges they face in a global pandemic and beyond. Metamorphosis is a process of change and evolution which is a skill many businesses across industries have had to learn in 2020. Facing unique struggles at work or at home, our panelists while share their knowledge on how to successfully naviagte through these unprecendeted times.

Unlike years past, the title of our conference will now emphasize "Womxn" as we recognize the intersectionality of gender throughout the business world and among business professionals. A space must be created to help facilitate new conversations in our fast evolving society, and we hope to accomplish this with our conference.

This year, we hope to recreate a sense of togetherness using a socially distant, video conferencing platform which will include opportunities to network, discuss pressing topics, and build connections. We also hope this conference provides all attendees with key strategies and methods to help impact the future for the better.
