Stella Seyb
Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship
Stella Seyb’s primary research interests concern entrepreneurial opportunities, communities of inquiry, cognition, and technological development in healthcare settings. Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, she seeks to address gaps in our understanding of how potential opportunities are co-constructed over time, the dimensions on which they change, and how communities of inquiry emerge and contribute to this process. Her research has been published in the Journal of Business Venturing and Frontiers of Entrepreneurship Research. Prior to joining OU, Stella completed her doctoral degree at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2019. She teaches social entrepreneurship as part of the New Venture Development sequence.
