Jack DeLester, from Edmond, Oklahoma, is an accelerated master’s student working to obtain bachelor’s and master’s degrees in finance. DeLester serves as the JCPenney Leadership Program’s board fellow for Norman Regional Health System. In that role, he connects the program with opportunities to serve through donation drives and direct service. In addition to serving in the JCPenney Leadership Program, he works as a consulting associate intern with the Ronnie K. Irani Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth.
