Professor Ana Voican Bolino teaches cross-cultural issues in managerial behavior and business policy and strategy in the undergraduate program. Her research interests include expatriate adjustment, knowledge transfer, and organizational learning. Prior to her role as the Executive Director of Undergraduate Programs, Professor Bolino helped develop study abroad programs for Price College of Business and served as the Director of Price College Study Abroad programs for more than 10 years. Professor Bolino is also the International Programs Coordinator for the college. She is a member of Academy of Management and the honor societies of Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Beta Delta. In 2009, she received the "Biggest Influence" Award from Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity, in 2012 she received the Good Teaching Award from University of Oklahoma, and in 2018 she received the David L. Boren Award for Outstanding Global Engagement. She is also the recipient of the Morris Butkin Memorial Professor of Excellence Award (2013, 2015) and Tamara Pullin Partners in Learning Award (2019).

Professor Bolino was born and raised in Bucharest, Romania. She earned her undergraduate degree in economic cybernetics with a minor in statistics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, her MBA from Winthrop University, and her Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina with a focus on International Strategy. Prior to joining Price College, she taught at the University of Notre Dame and Winthrop University.
