1970s

Scott Stone (BBA, 1977) was featured in a Landman Magazine article about the establishment of the Scott L. Stone Endowed Scholarship. 

1980s

Mike McConnell (BBA, Petroleum Land Management, 1982) was featured in a Landman Magazine article about the establishment of the Scott L. Stone Endowed Scholarship. 

 

Eric Stevenson (BBA, Finance, 1985) was elected vice chair of the University of Oklahoma Board of Regents for the 2023-24 term.

 

Frank Sheehy (BBA, Finance, 2020) was quoted in an Oklahoman article about self-storage as an alternative real estate investment (Subscription required).

Alex Cook (BBA, Accounting, 1993) joined H&R Block as vice president of small business

 

Suzanne Wade (MBA, 1993) was named to the NuStar Energy board of directors.

2000s

Amanda Essaili (BBA, Accounting and Finance, 2008; J.D., Law, 2011) was named vice president and trust officer at Bank of Texas. 

 

Travis McCallon (BBA, Marketing, 2000) was recognized in the WTR 1000: The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals for 2023. 

 

Brian Merkley (BBA, Finance, 2005) was elected partner at Jackson Walker’s Dallas office.

 

Samir Mezrahi  (BBA, Marketing and Supply Chain Management, 2005) was featured in a Tulsa World article about his popular social media account Zillow Gone Wild. 

 

Robert Mileff (BBA Finance, 2000) was named managing director of alternative investments at Pitcairn.
