B AD 5812 "Global Business Experience"

The purpose of this study abroad program is to provide MBA students an opportunity to explore how business is conducted in a global environment.  For the 2022 program, we will learn about the culture and business practices in Israel. During this trip, we will meet with various organizations that are capitalizing on innovation as a competitive advantage.  Pre-travel sessions will be held to orient students to traveling to this country and to the opportunities and challenges of doing business Israel.  Overseas sessions will include site visits to businesses where we will meet with executives and tour facilities as well as excursions to historical/cultural landmarks.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will:

  • Understand the importance of Isreal as an economic players in the global marketplace
  • Acquire knowledge about Tel Aviv and its international business connections with the United States
  • Analytically assess the historical, economic, socio-cultural, and political dimensions of Israel and understand how these influence businesses
  • Develop a global mindset
