Titrate buffer with 0.2 N NaOH until pH 5.15 is reached. (This is used as the rinse buffer for animal tissue and is used before and after en bloc staining with uranyl magnesium acetate)

Titrate with NaOH until pH 6.0 is reached. (This is the staining buffer used to make the uranyl magnesium acetate solution used for en bloc staining)
