Waiving the student health Plan

The United States government requires that you have a medical health plan while you are in the United States. The Student Health Plan was designed to meet the criteria set forth by the United States information Agency (USA). If you choose to enroll in a different policy, it must meet the following six requirements:

1.A $50.000Lifetime Maximum Plan.

2.A$10.000Benefit for Medical Evacuation.

3.A$7,500Benefit for Repatriation.

4.Deductible Limit of $500 Maximum.

5.Covered benefits paid at a minimum of 75 percent

The coverage must be effective for the entire period of time that you are a student at the University of Oklahoma
