Chapter Information

The Xi Beta chapter of Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority Inc. was chartered at the University of Oklahoma in 2002.  Since then, the chapter has grown immensely crossing 26 lines and initiating 188 sisters in 19 years. Historically founded as a Latina-based, today, Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc. has Multicultural membership in chapters and alumnae associations across the Nation. Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc. is a sisterhood of women who have chosen this affiliation as a manner to achieve personal development and awareness to the responsibility of community involvement for the betterment of our local, regional, national, and global communities. The women of SLG pride themselves on empowering women even beyond the collegiate years.
