Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.


National Pan-Hellenic Council Fraternity

The Zeta Zeta chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha was chartered at the University of Oklahoma on October 23, 1967. Nationally, Alpha Phi Alpha was the first intercollegiate Greek-letter fraternity established for African American men. The chapter hosts Alpha Week and the Miss Black and Gold Pageant on campus each year.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.


National Pan-Hellenic Council Sorority

The Kappa Psi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated was chartered by 14 dedicated women on July 1st, 1976. The signature events of the chapter include Skee Week and Pink Goes Red, along with other events surrounding our five international program targets. Nationally, Alpha Kappa Alpha is the oldest greek-letter organization established by African American college-educated women, with 1,018 graduate and undergraduate chapters.

National Pan-Hellenic Council Fraternity

The Zeta Omega chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated was chartered at the University of Oklahoma in April of 1973. The chapter is committed to excellence in all they do. Nationally, Kappa Alpha Psi has a predominately African-American membership but has never limited membership based on color, creed, or national origin.

Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.


National Pan-Hellenic Council Fraternity

The Pi Delta chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated was chartered at the University of Oklahoma on September 22, 1972. Nationally, the organization has over 250,000 members and is the first predominately African-American fraternity to be founded at a historically black university.

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.


National Pan-Hellenic Council Sorority

The Kappa Alpha chapter of Delta Sigma Theta was chartered at the University of Oklahoma on April 15, 1973. The chapter hosts various events each year including Delta Week and Shake It Well that promote community involvement and philanthropic mindsets. Nationally, Delta Sigma Theta is the largest African American Greek-Lettered organization and proudly offers public service and programs that target the African-American community.

Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.


National Pan-Hellenic Council Fraternity

The Xi Delta chapter of Phi Beta Sigma was chartered at the University of Oklahoma on March 2, 1982. The chapter promotes scholarship and service in all they do and hosts events each semester for the NPHC and OU community. Nationally, Phi Beta Sigma serves through a membership of more than 200,000 in over 700 chapters around the world.

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.


National Pan-Hellenic Council Sorority

The Theta Mu chapter of Zeta Phi Beta was chartered at the University of Oklahoma in 1983.  The Theta Mu chapter hosts and patriciates in various campus and community events during the year to support their action-oriented motto. Nationally, Zeta Phi Beta is an international, historically black Greek-lettered organization that works to address societal ills, prejudices, poverty, and health concerns of the day.

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.


National Pan-Hellenic Council Sorority

The Lambda Upsilon chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. was founded at the University of Oklahoma in 1990. Nationally, Sigma Gamma Rho is the only sorority of the four historically African-American sororities which comprise the NPHC established at a predominately white campus.

National Pan-Hellenic Council Fraternity

The Gamma Kappa chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated was chartered at the University of Oklahoma in 1997. Nationally, Iota Phi Theta has chartered over 250 chapters and is home to over 30,000 members.
