This year due to COVID-19 precautions, the meeting may be held in an alternative format.  Additional information will be coming soon with regards to this opportunity.

White Coat Ceremony

The School of Community Medicine White Coat Ceremony for the MD Class of 2025 and the PA Class of 2023 will be discussed and information will be shared with the classes.

The ceremony is traditionally held in August for incoming students.  A decision has not yet been made on plans for the Class of 2025 Ceremony, but we do hope to hold an in person event in the Fall Semester.  Event capacity and other details will likely be affected COVID-19 precautions. More info to come.

Family Day

The SCM hopes to offer an in person family day in the Fall of 2021 or Spring of 2022 if current guidelines and restrictions allow.

The TB skin test is a two step test with the second TB skin test being conducted during Summer Institute on all new medical students. You will need to have the first step done  1-3 weeks before August 19.  You will upload results to the Complio System.
