Curriculum

Our curriculum is divided into clinical and didactic components. Our clinical curriculum is based out of Hillcrest Medical Center with rotations at St. John's Medical Center and Saint Francis Hospital. Through this three-hospital model, we are able to provide the best possible clinical experience for every clinical rotation. We also have longitudinal rotations with shifts interspersed throughout the year at a rural site, the Muscogee Creek Nation Medical Center, and the Pediatric ED referral center at OU Medical Center. Our didactic curriculum focuses on short lectures and flipped classroom style learning, along with hands-on learning via cadaver lab, simulation lab, and procedural workshops.
