All graduates should wear appropriate caps, gowns, and tassles. Masters and doctoral level students will also be "hooded" as part of the Convocation ceremony, and must have a hood as well. While the official OU regalia is not required, we do recommend that you purchase the official OU-issued regalia items. Your first opportunity to purchase your cap and gown package (or individual regalia items) will be at Graduation Gear-Up on Wednesday, February 26th, from 10:00am - 6:00pm in the Founders Student Center.
Beginning February 27th you may purchase regalia in the pop-up shop located inside the Student Affairs office suite (1C76). Only checks or credit cards will be accepted.
Lastly, you can place your order online at link.ou.edu/regalia. Follow the prompts and select your degree under the “OU-Tulsa” section. Your order can be shipped directly to your residence for a small fee. Orders must be placed by April 20th. All graduates are encouraged to check their items for accuracy and proper fitting, and contact our office with any issues prior to Convocation.
For more information please contact OU-Tulsa Student Affairs at 918-660-3100 or by email at TulsaSA@ou.edu.
Ervin Photography will be on site at the Convocation ceremony. All photographs taken will be available for purchase within a few weeks following the ceremony.
During the ceremony, all guests should stay off of the arena floor and all aisles should be kept clear as well.
