3. Make your transition to college as smooth as possible

Just like your last day of high school, move-in day will be here before you know it. Start checking off the next steps on your to-do list early by preparing for your move to Norman. We recommend making a list of your basic necessities for school and everyday life and then, if you're feeling creative, think of how you'll decorate your room and what you'll need to accomplish your vision.

Plus, mark your calendar for OU’s Camp Crimson experience August 14-18, 2024! Camp Crimson is OU's official welcome to all new students. After you move in to the residence halls in August, you will have a week full of connecting with other new students, learning about OU’s history and traditions, and getting to know campus! You will receive your move-in date over the summer from Housing & Food.
