Dalila Jesus serves as the Executive Assistant to the VP for the Division of Enrollment Management. In her role, she supports executive operations and the many moving pieces that help keep a fast-paced division running smooth.
Originally from Angola, Dalila has called Oklahoma home for the past decade and is proud to return to OU as both an alum and staff member. She graduated with Special Distinction with a bachelor’s degree and went on to earn a master’s degree in Geology from the University of Oklahoma.
Prior to transitioning into executive support and operations, Dalila worked as a project geologist across several states. Dalila is passionate about service, meaningful connections, and helping others succeed. She also volunteers as a mentor to students, an experience she finds deeply fulfilling as she encourages and supports them as they navigate their own journeys of reaching their full potential.
Outside of work, Dalila enjoys being outdoors, cooking, reading, spending time with loved ones, and finding any excuse to laugh. She is deeply grateful to be part of the Enrollment Management team and excited to continue learning, growing, and contributing to the university community.
