Accessible Information Management (AIM) is here!- The ADRC's new case management software for all things accommodations including requesting accommodations, communicating with you, and scheduling exams.
We held our first Faculty Webinar on May 27, 2026. We hope this provides you with a good overview of the system and how it will work for you.
Flex-Plan in AIM
When a student has been approved for flexible attendance or an occasional assignment extension due to disability, you will receive a notice in AIM from the ADRC titled "Flex Plan Initiated for [CLASS]." This requires additional information from you tha so that we can implement the accommodation.
Please view the Flex Plan Accommodation step-by-step guide that we have created to assist you in completing the request.
If you have any questions please contact the ADRC.
The ADRC no longer proctors accommodated tests or handles exams.
The OU Testing Center does. Please submit questions to the testing center directly at: TESTING@ou.edu. You should send exams and proctoring forms to Exams@ou.edu.
Sending any testing documents to the ADRC may result in a delay in services to the student.
