The Career Closet is here to support students, faculty, staff, and alumni as they prepare for professional opportunities during recruiting season and beyond. We provide a wide range of professional attire at no cost, helping you make a great impression in interviews and on the job.

Thanks to generous donations, the Career Closet offers a variety of clothing styles and sizes to fit everyone’s needs. Our goal is to empower our community with the confidence and resources needed to succeed.

How to Donate

Donations can be dropped off at the OU Food Pantry (333 Cate Center Dr, Norman, OK 73072).

Food Pantry Hours

Tuesdays: 8 A.M. - 6 P.M.

Wednesdays & Thursdays: 10 A.M. - 6 P.M.

(4) items per person per semester. Each suit piece counts as a single item.

fall 2025 career closet. 290 students attended and 231 students left with at least one item

impact report showing the number of attending students for fall 2024 and spring 2025 days of the OU career closet, an event hosted by the university of oklahoma career center in partnership with the university of oklahoma food pantry. The fall 2024 career closet had 553 students attendees, 1318 items were given away, and 75.9 percent of attendees left with at least one item. The spring 2025 career closet had 432 students attendees, 1099 items were given away, and 77.1 percent of attendees left with at least one item.
