Apply to the Graduate Fellowship

Step One: Complete the application for graduate studies for the OU Graduate College and OU  Department of Political Science by February 1. Applicants must also submit transcripts to OU Office of Admissions.

Step Two: Complete the Carl Albert Graduate Fellowship Application (below) by February 1. Applicants will need to prepare and upload the following documents:

1. An essay of approx. 750 words explaining why you are interested in graduate study in political science and, in particular, the study of Congress and representative institutions

2. Writing sample (ex. research paper or thesis)

3. Resume
