Course/Event Proposals

Do you have a Mandarin course or cultural event you need funding for? We're currently accepting proposals for 2026-2027. Proposals should include:

Specific teaching materials (with an itemized list, if applicable)
How your course/event will promote Mandarin language learning or cultural exchange
What you'll be doing in your course and how it relates to the above language learning or cultural exchange
Course start end end dates.

Proposal Submission Deadlines

Proposals for each semester are accepted until the submission deadline. Please note that event proposals must be submitted 30 DAYS BEFORE funds are required. (i.e. If you need to by supplies on Dec 10th for your workshop on Dec 15th, your deadline is Nov 10th.)
