Paula Richmond is the Administrative Coordinator at the Institute for the American Constitutional Heritage (IACH) with over 20 years of experience helping in financials, clerical, and customer service. Specializing in organization, Paula uses that experience to host annual events and present a professional environment in the workplace. Paula believes in the power of positivity. She began her journey in customer service by managing her own business for over ten years, and now dreams of being an active participant in growing the department through engagement with her colleagues.
Paula Richmond lives in Purcell, OK and participates in creating her own art designs with various mediums, as well as, expressing herself through poetry and short stories. She hopes to someday be an author of children’s books.
